Welcome to Global Vacation. To ensure a seamless, safe, and punctual experience for all our Road Captains and passengers, the following terms apply to all travel between Kathmandu and Pokhara.

1. Booking & Ticket Validity

  • Confirmed Travel: A booking is officially confirmed only upon receipt of full payment through our digital channels or authorized counters.
  • Validity: Your ticket is a legal contract for travel and is valid strictly for the specific date, time, and route indicated.
  • Accuracy: To ensure safety and insurance compliance, please verify that all passenger details are correct at the time of booking.

2. Check-In & Punctuality

  • The 15-Minute Rule: To maintain our commitment to punctuality, all passengers are required to report to the boarding point (Sorhakhutte or Rastrabank Chowk) at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure.
  • Latest Check-In: Please note that passengers arriving after the indicated departure time will not be able to embark, and the ticket will be treated as a "No Show".

3. Cancellations & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. To manage our fleet effectively, we apply the following industry-standard cancellation fees:

  • Advance Notice (24+ Hours): Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are subject to a 30% cancellation charge.
  • Last-Minute Changes: Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are subject to a 50% charge of the total fare.
  • No Show: In the event of a "No Show," no refund will be issued.
  • Processing: All refunds will be processed at the original point of purchase only.

4. Restricted Items & Baggage Safety

For the safety of all onboard, the following items are strictly prohibited in both carry-on and hold luggage:

  • Hazardous Materials: Compressed gases, explosives, flammable liquids/solids (including aerosols and fuel), and oxidizing or radioactive materials.
  • Corrosives & Magnetics: Poisons, mercury, and highly magnetic materials. 
  • Personal Belongings: While we take every precaution, passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Global Vacation is not liable for the loss or damage of items during the journey.

5. Operational Liability & Conduct

  • Natural Calamities & Delays: While we strive for precision, Global Vacation is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or natural calamities beyond our control.
  • Passenger Conduct: We maintain a strictly professional environment. Smoking, alcohol, or any disruptive behavior that compromises safety is prohibited.
  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
